Practical experience

Nondumiso is a Junior Associate at Diale Mogashoa Attorneys, based in Pretoria. She has experience across administrative and public law, labour and employment law, commercial litigation, and regulatory matters.

She has been involved in a wide range of complex legal matters, including:

  • Instruction by the Competition Commission of South Africa to review procurement policies for compliance with applicable legislative and regulatory frameworks.
  • Assisting in the representation of the City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality in litigation concerning the enforcement of municipal by-laws against defaulting creditors, and employment matters.
  • Assisting the South African National Congress (SANC) in an appeal involving administrative law and the application of the Promotion of Administrative Justice Act (PAJA).
  • Assisting the National Lotteries Commission in various administrative, regulatory, and compliance-related matters.
  • Assisting the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) in defending damages claim arising from allegations of malicious prosecution.
  • Instructed by the Central Energy Fund to assist in negotiations relating to section 79 matters and providing legal guidance within a statutory framework.
  • Assisting banks, including Land Bank of South Africa and Nedbank Limited, with legal processes relating to loan recoveries and contractual disputes.
  • Providing litigation support in High Court and Magistrates’ Court matters, including drafting pleadings, notices, affidavits, and legal opinions.
  • Assisting public entities, including the Department of Home Affairs, Border Management Authority, Road Accident Fund, and INSETA, with disciplinary investigations and hearings, including drafting charge sheets, rulings, findings on the merits, and sanction outcomes.
  • Assisting in internal investigations, including matters involving allegations of misconduct and workplace sexual harassment.
  • Assisting in arbitration proceedings and grievance processes before the CCMA and various bargaining councils.
