Assistance in drafting of tenders: Our offices are regularly instructed to assist with and advising on the preparation of tender documents along with client to ensure that procurement of services are in line with the Constitution and all procurement regulation governing the process.

Procurement Advice: Advising on the appropriate course of action to be followed by clients in relation to challenges in procurement.

Administrative Action: We are instructed on a regular basis, to advise on various procurement related matters relating to administrative action and challenges which have flowed therefrom.
