Debt Recovery Consultation: Our attorneys provide initial consultations to assess the viability of debt recovery and guide you through the available legal options.

Issuing Summons: If a debtor refuses to settle voluntarily, we initiate legal proceedings by issuing a summons for payment. This step starts the formal legal process of recovery through the court system.

Debt Recovery through Sequestration or Liquidation: In extreme cases, we may advise clients to pursue sequestration (for individuals) or liquidation (for companies) as a means of recovering debts.

Credit Risk Management: We assist businesses with establishing policies and practices to minimize the risk of non-payment, including credit agreements, terms, and conditions.

Pre-Action Letters: We draft and send formal letters of demand to debtors, warning them of the potential legal consequences if the debt remains unpaid.

Judgment Enforcement: Once a judgment is obtained, we assist in enforcing it. This includes actions such as garnishing wages, attaching assets, sales in execution thereof, or executing other legal remedies.

Negotiation and Settlement: We negotiate with debtors on your behalf to obtain and/or reach settlement agreements or structured repayment plans, whenever appropriate, to resolve disputes efficiently without going through prolonged and costly legal proceedings.
